Thank you for visiting. Because we offer a mix of instant digital downloads globally and bespoke, made-to-order physical garments exclusively within South Africa, we operate under the following dedicated policies.

1. Digital Products (Crochet Patterns)

Available Internationally (South Africa, US, UK, and Europe)

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital files, all sales of PDF crochet patterns are final.

Cancellations & Refunds: We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

International Compliance (EU & UK): By purchasing our digital patterns, you explicitly agree to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once the digital download begins.

Technical Support: If you experience any technical issues opening or downloading your file, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

2. Made-to-Order Wearables

Available Exclusively within South Africa

Every physical garment is individually handcrafted upon order. Because these pieces are meticulously tailored and made specifically for you, we cannot offer standard returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Cancellations: We offer a strict 7-days window from the time of purchase to cancel your physical order for a full refund. After 7 days, materials are allocated, production begins, and the order can no longer be canceled.

Sizing & Fit: Each item is constructed according to our specific sizing guides or custom measurements provided at checkout. Please review your measurements carefully before ordering. In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), standard change-of-mind return rights do not apply to goods that are custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized. We cannot offer refunds or free alterations for incorrect sizes ordered.

Defects or Damages: We take immense pride in the structural integrity of our handmade garments. In the rare event that an item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If a defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement, or a refund at no additional courier cost to you.
